John is an Afghanistan Combat USMC veteran who suffers from PTSD due to his military service. John has a wife and a 6 y/o son. He has surrendered His life to God and is determined to follow Gods will through this entire process. John cares about the well being of others, especially children and women and has such a huge heart. He would give the shirt off his back and his last bit of food to someone else in need no matter if it caused him to go hungry.

When he separated from the military he worked with special needs children and then became an apprentice carpenter and has been a carpenter by trade.

Sentenced 5/31/24 to 60 months incarceration, 3 years supervised release, $270 special assessments, $2000. restitution, and $2541.68 to the Metropolitan Police Department.

Todd pleaded Not Guilty to all charges
John was convicted of all 6 charges and taken into custody in DC on 2/7/2024 and is pending sentencing on May 10.
