Sentenced on 10/27/2023 to 33 months incarceration; 12 months of supervised release; $180 special assessment. On 9/17/24 Jacob was released on appeal. On 10/17/24 he was charged in a superseding indictment. Jury trial set for 4/14/25, defendant status; released.
Motion to stay self surrender until SCOTUS decision GRANTED. Sentence DEFERRED. 12/21/23
